As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility activities (CSR), Banque Libano-Française (BLF) took part in a panel on Monday, May 30, 2016, in Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU), entitled: “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Resources Management (HR): Sharing Lebanese and International Practices”.
BLF was able to present its case study and discuss the importance and interconnectivity between the two entities, specifically the role played by its Human Resources in the implementation of a CSR policy as well as its many practices within the Bank.
Teachers, CSR practitioners and students also took part in this panel discussion where several important topics were discussed, such as:
The role of Human Resources in the development and practical implementation of a CSR strategy within a company and its commitment to the community.
This seminar also highlighted the various CSR-HR labor practices, also showcasing practices within the context of international social responsibility standards.
