“Secured Performance” is a five-year investment product denominated in US Dollars linked to a basket of 15 international stocks. It guarantees 5 annual coupons of 4% each, and 100% of the capital at maturity.

Target
The product allows the investor to receive annually in addition to the guaranteed coupon, a variable coupon linked to the performance of 15 stocks composing the basket; the product has been designed so as to generate a high return even if markets are stable or slightly negative.
A carefully selected basket
The 15 stocks composing the basket have been carefully selected among the biggest market capitalization of the American, European and Japanese stock markets, based on their performance potential over the medium to long term, while fulfilling at the same time dual diversification: geographical and sector-based. All the stocks are equally weighted in the basket.

Mechanism
Guaranteed coupon
At each anniversary date, the investor receives a guaranteed coupon of 4% per annum regardless of the performance of the 15 stocks composing the basket.
Variable coupon
At each anniversary date, the performance of each stock is calculated since inception: the 12 best performing stocks are recorded at +10% (regardless of their performance) and the 3 remaining stocks recorded at their calculated performance. The Variable Coupon is equal to the average of the recorded performance.
At maturity, the investor receives 100% of his capital initially invested plus both the Guaranteed and the Variable Coupons.
