Call Center: Point Call®

Direct line to your Bank.

Point Call®, the only customer service Call Center in Lebanon that puts you in direct contact with our advisers to securely carry out your transactions over the phone.

Point Call® is available from Monday to Friday starting 8 am till 5 pm and on Saturday from 8 am till 1 pm. So wherever you are, one phone call from you on 1272 or 00961 1 560 561 (from abroad) puts a BLF branch at your service.

Why Point Call®:
  • communicate directly with your BLF adviser
  • check the balances and detailed transactions of your accounts, bank cards, insurance policies and loans details.
  • make transfers from one account to another under the same client(max limit USD 5000)
  • make exchange transactions from one account to another under the same client (maximum limit USD 5000 or counter value)
  • get information about all the checks credited to or debited from your accounts
  • change your term deposit account renewal conditions
